Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VRDO platform, located at **[website URL]** ("Platform"), operated by **[Legal Business Name]** ("VRDO," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a service, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions
Platform:- the VRDO website and any related services through which digital services are discovered, purchased, and delivered.
Product / Service:- a specific, defined digital service offered for sale on the Platform.
Order:- a completed purchase of one or more Products.
Deliverables:- the specific outputs, files, reports, setups, or work described on a Product's page, to be provided to the Customer upon completion.
Customer:- any individual or business that purchases a Service through the Platform.
Requirements:- the information, access, credentials, or assets a Customer must provide for a Service to be completed.

2. Services Offered
VRDO offers digital services across categories including SEO, AI search optimization (AEO/GEO), analytics and tracking, paid marketing, website services, and content. Each Service is offered as a defined Product with its own scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing, as described on the relevant Product page.

VRDO may add, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. Changes do not affect Orders already placed.

3. Orders and Purchases
An Order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Order confirmation will include the Product purchased, price paid, and expected delivery timeline.

By placing an Order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to purchase services on behalf of the business or entity involved, where applicable.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on each Product page and are payable in full at the time of purchase, unless a Product specifies otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already placed.

Some Services may require a custom quote rather than fixed pricing, where the Product page indicates this. In such cases, pricing will be confirmed with the Customer before an Order is placed.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are listed on each Product page. Timelines begin once the Customer has submitted all required Requirements. Delays in providing Requirements will proportionally delay delivery.
VRDO will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.

6. Customer Requirements and Responsibilities
Certain Services require the Customer to provide information, account access, credentials, brand assets, or approvals ("Requirements"). The Customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete Requirements in a timely manner
Granting necessary access to platforms, accounts, or systems where applicable
Reviewing and responding to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable time

VRDO is not responsible for delays or incomplete deliverables resulting from the Customer's failure to provide Requirements.

7. Revisions and Support
Where a Product includes revisions or support, the scope and limits of that support will be described on the relevant Product page. Requests outside the stated scope may be treated as a new Order.

8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy], which offers a 7-calendar-day refund window from order completion, subject to the terms described there. Refunds are assessed against the agreed scope and Deliverables of the Product purchased.

9. No Guaranteed Results

VRDO does not guarantee specific outcomes from any Service, including but not limited to:

Search engine rankings or ranking positions
Organic traffic or visitor volume
Leads, conversions, or revenue
Inclusion, citation, or mention by AI tools or generative search engines (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, or Gemini)
Performance of paid advertising campaigns

These outcomes depend on factors outside VRDO's control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, market competition, and third-party platform behavior. VRDO commits to delivering the Service as scoped and described — not to specific external results.

10. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, ownership of the specific Deliverables created for the Customer (e.g., reports, content, campaign setups, design files) transfers to the Customer, except where a Deliverable incorporates VRDO's pre-existing tools, templates, or proprietary methodology, which remain the property of VRDO.

VRDO retains the right to reference completed work in a general, non-confidential manner (e.g., as a case study) unless the Customer requests otherwise in writing.

11. Confidentiality
VRDO will treat any account access, credentials, business information, or data shared by the Customer as confidential, and will use it solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased Service.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Many Services involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress, Shopify). VRDO is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or other issues caused by these third-party platforms that are outside VRDO's control.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRDO's total liability for any claim arising from an Order is limited to the amount paid for that specific Order. VRDO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

14. Termination
VRDO reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse an Order including for reasons such as suspected misuse of the Platform, non-payment, or an inability to complete the Service due to Customer non-cooperation. Where an Order is cancelled by VRDO before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of **[India / State, e.g., Rajasthan]**, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of **[City, State]**.

16. Changes to These Terms
